Matt Mainiero is a NFLPA certified agent and is currently the vice president of football operations at Team Sports Agency. He is responsible for player personnel and leads business operations.

 

Mr. Mainiero played four years of college football at Ouachita Baptist University before pursuing his MBA at the University of Central Florida. Since joining Team Sports Agency, he has personally negotiated over 225 million dollars in playing contracts and over 1 million dollars in endorsements for his clients. This sustained success is largely due to his skill in building relationships and acquiring connections with players, coaches, front office members and brand representatives.
